Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories.

Items showing signs of use, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.

Return Process

Contact our concierge team at contact@chanaf.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Securely package the item and ship it back as instructed.
Refunds

Once inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Chanaf will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
